Previously I spent nine years working as a creative consultant with a Fortune 500 company, whilst simultaneously moving into the field of learning and development.
I currently partner with Udemy Business, facilitating online leadership programmes for global and US based organisations.
I hold a MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, from University College Dublin (UCD). As a clinical practitioner, I work with people on a 1:1 basis. With an emphasis on the unconscious and group dynamics, this subject (psychoanalysis) lends itself ideally to the field of learning and development.
